RootWork is a creative coworking and gathering space in Tamuning, Guam — built for community organizers, creatives, social entrepreneurs, artists, and anyone doing meaningful work on this island.

The name carries two meanings. The outer root work: building programs, businesses, organizations, and movements that sustain communities. The inner root work: the growth and healing that has to happen before any of that building can hold.

This space holds both.

RootWork is rooted in the Pacific. Chamoru values, island creativity, and community accountability are built into the space itself.
